Artisan Founder, Rob, is heading away this weekend on an exciting adventure. He’s going to be travelling to Malawi to take part in the Orbis Challenge acting as a Team Leader alongside Kelly Holmes.

Olympic gold medallist, Sir Mo Farah (a huge beaded running bracelet fan!) made history earlier this month in becoming the first athlete to win the Great North Run for six years running. The athlete finished first with a new personal-best in the 39th edition of one of the world's most prestigious road races.

What gets you through those darkest of times? The 6am start on a frosty morning, when your bed is more appealing than pre-work training, mile 21 in the marathon when there’s nothing left in the tank, or when you’re struggling to recover from an injury that’s jeopardising your next big race?
