Delivery and returns

Delivery

UK: free on every order. Orders usually arrive within 7 days.

Everywhere else: £5. Delivery outside the UK takes longer, and customs charges may apply in your country.

Christmas

Our last posting date for Christmas is Sunday 20 December. Short of time? Gift vouchers are emailed, so you can send one right up to Christmas Day.

Wrong size? We'll swap it free

If a band doesn't fit, message us within 14 days of it arriving and send it back unworn. We'll post you the other size free of charge. Each band's page shows the sizes it comes in.

Changed your mind?

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you'd like to return it, and then 14 days to send it back. We refund the price and the delivery you paid within 14 days of getting it back. Items need to be unworn and in the condition they arrived in, and you pay the postage to return them.

Bespoke bands made to your own design can't be returned unless they're faulty.

Faulty or damaged?

Tell us as soon as you can, with your order number and a photo if possible. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including the cost of sending it back.

How to return something

Email sales@artisan.design, call 07402 828 998 or use our contact page, and we'll send you the return address. Please keep proof of postage.
