Delete your account

You can delete your Artisan Design account at any time. The same account works in the Artisan Runner app and on this website, so deleting it in one place deletes it everywhere.

In the Artisan Runner app

Open Account, choose Delete my account, enter your password and confirm.

On the website

Sign in, go to Your account and choose Delete my account at the bottom of the page. Enter your password, tick the box and confirm.

By email

Can't sign in? Email sales@artisan.design from the email address on your account, with "Delete my account" as the subject. We'll delete it and reply to confirm, within one month at the most and usually much sooner.

What is deleted

Your login and password, your rewards balance, and your name, email address, phone number and delivery address on every order you have placed. Your name and words on any review you wrote are removed too.

What we keep

What each order was and what it cost, with nothing that says who placed it, because we must keep sales records for our accounts and for HMRC. A deleted account can't be restored.
